Jerónimo was the perfect host of this gorgeous house! He met us in the village and brought us to the house personally. We loved the quirkiness of this house, the old Spanish style lost in time. The wood burning stove was such a delight for the cold nights and the basket full of olive tree wood and acorns and eggboxes to set her alight! We had such a comfortable three days and nights relaxing and the bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable it was hard to get up and out! It was so close to everything and we got parking no problem beside the house. We rambled through the picturesque old town and ate and drank at the gorgeous tapas bars and restaurants within five minutes walk. We took in the views of the beautiful surroundings and the local history and culture. This house is a very special place and we would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone wishing to visit Cehegin. Jerónimo we will be back! Many many thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

    Beautiful buildings in the old quarter.

    Beautiful buildings in the old quarter. There was live music in several places ranging from classical to modern. Great food in the restaurants in that area too. I recommend the food at bar El Sol and el Mesoncico. The views from nearby Paseo and Plaza del Castillo are beautiful too. I found that bars away from the old quarter, in the Gran Via, were too crowded and noisy.

    The traditional style of the accommodation is really special and it's location is amazing right at the top of cehegin. Bed was very comfortable and Jeronimo responded swiftly to queries and provided an escort to locate the property. He spoke good English and could explain any queries. There was also coffee and other essentials which were gratefully received. Cehegin is a beautiful place and the Bar El Sol provides excellent food.

    Convenient to the centre of Cehegin and nearby restaurants. On arrival we were met and shown around by a lovely lady who made us feel really welcome. The apartment was clean with comfortable beds and everything supplied for a self catering stay. Will definitely use this property again if visiting Cehegin..
