The property manager was so helpful. We had missed our flight so the booking was last minute but the communication to get the key was really quick. She was also really helpful in advising us on where we could get food from and allowing us to book an extra hour in the morning because my son was ill.

The host was brilliant with respect to communication, she couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. Access was via an app that required to be downloaded, but was a simple process to set up and worked perfectly. Although we were only there for 2 nights, the apartment was spacious and well equipped and would easily have been sufficient for a much longer stay. In a great location for the RDCE Espanyol stadium.

This is a beautiful, boutique hotel, situated in a central but understated part of Barcelona's gothic quarter. The hotel is spotless and the staff were exceptional. Very welcoming, attentive and really helpful to us during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    Cramped space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Horrible checkin experience. The second time I stayed within a week and they have provided all the toiletries but the first time they did not. breakfast was horrible for the price paid.

    Hotel was fine - staff friendly and helpful - rooms were clean and comfortable - but meal option was disappointing. There was a restaurant, but the only time food was available was a breakfast and over the lunch period - there was a menu, but no option to have dinner. Restaurants were fairly close by - a 10 minute walk.

    The hotel somewhere in the outskirts of Barcelona, almost in a separate city. It’s roughly 20km from the city centre. The closest metro station is 800+ meters away. The neighbourhood is also pretty run down in the middle of car cleaning spaces…so not pleasant. Some of the connection problems from the hotel are also perhaps to do with a lack of connectivity in city-wide public transport. The hotel itself is a bit strange. Check in is at 2PM, and they won’t even check if a room is ready before that. The room was small but well-lit. The bed linens were slightly jaded and not pristine white, and so were some of the bathroom fittings. The third bed in the room was just about enough to fit one person. There are no luggage racks, or place to open the luggage except the floor. Once the luggage was open, there is no space left to walk in the room. There is one open closet but not enough space to keep things. The beds were made and the room was done up when a request was made. Except soap and what they labelled as ‘towel for free’ there is nothing else provided and guests are asked to ask for price in case they wanted anything in toiletries. The staff was curt and bureaucratic for nothing. Breakfast is normal - standard European breakfast @ 10 Euros; nothing to write home about.

    If you want a quiet place and not the booming city center...

    If you want a quiet place and not the booming city center it’s a great place. Because there are shopping malls and small convenient stores. I recommend buying a „Hola Barcelona“ ticket for the appropriate hours. It’s great because you can take the metro, the L&R lines and the busses. Otherwise you will have to buy a ticket for the metro and one for the L&R lines. That would make it expensive. Sometimes some places would stink. In all the place is fine to stay

    Food & drink! Some of the best food I’ve tasted anywhere & unexpected in a hotel! Friendly & helpful check in staff & evening restaurant staff were lovely too! Comfy bed & great facilities.

    Budget hotel located close to a shopping mall, and that’s it. Facilities non existing. 50 to 60 Euros a night would be a most appropriate price, definitely not worth 137.00 € which is as much as I paid for one night. Small tiny room with a mini bathroom, no fridge, no safe, no proper wardrobe, no anti slippery math in the shower. Ancient small tv.

    That it was away from the city centre so it was nice and peaceful and the staff were very friendly. After a long day in the city shopping and walking round it was nice to relax in a hotel that was away from all of the attention. It was also close the the Barcelona Femení home stadium which gave us the opportunity to walk there.
