I booked the wrong night.and didn't arrive. The hotel phoned me to ask what time I would arrive. They cancelled my booking and didn't charge me. Had a balcony My boat was delayed a day. They gave me the same room for the same price. Cafe attached to hotel selling Spanish food at usual Spanish rates

The staff is always there to help. I really enjoyed the staying and the extra care they provided. The furniture is new and clean. They provided complementary breakfast every day as a room service - I am extremely happy for that. The rooms were cleaned daily. Super recomand!

We really enjoyed our stay! It's very clean and quiet, breakfast was excellent, also there is a Michelin restaurant on the hotel's premises, we had dinner there and it was delicious. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with an amazing bathroom!

The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The owner agreed to move the breakfast offering to a half hour earlier so I could get to my ferry crossing in plenty of time. The ‘suite’ (room 8 on the top floor) was very comfortable. Dinner was fabulous, featuring local fare which was very well prepared and MOST REASONABLY PRICED. I chose the most expensive dishes on the menu, ate four courses, drank a bottle of Moët et Chandon (it was my birthday) and the bill, with an aperitif and coffee to follow, was under a hundred euros. Any ‘normal’ person would spend a LOT LESS The location is way outside of town. So if you want to sight-see in Santander I’d recommend you stay nearer the centre. HOWEVER, if you’re just staying overnight to catch the ferry to the UK next day it’s ideally located. In light traffic you can make the journey in 20mins. One local road, one short blast down the motorway, turn right once the motorway ends, and you’re there. There’s ample parking right outside, a lively bar frequented by locals, and quiet seating areas.

    The hotel is pleasant enough except we wished we had specified a room with a view. The first room we were put into was roadside and noisy and ugly. Fortunately when we asked, the host offered us a better room on the 3rd floor. Still with no view but with a good sized balcony that drowned out most of the road noise. There is plenty of undercover parking and a good bus service into Santander just down the road from the apartment and also several supermarkets very close by. The host herself was really lovely.

    The room was comfortable, clean. The towels were fluffy, the shower on floor 4 had very good pressure and the head has a flexible hose attached. I was able to use Uber eats and could adjust the settings on the TV to watch English speaking films & TV programs in English. In the morning I had a pleasant prepaid breakfast at the hotel (orange juice, coffee, cake and an egg roll) It was a relaxing short stay at a good price close to the airport

    Free parking. Cafeteria that was open in evenings and had a good selection of meals. All food cooked to order and even had vegetarian options. Good value for money. Lovely friendly staff throughout the hotel. Bus stop for Santander City Centre 100m from hotel. 10 minute drive to Ferry Terminal.

    Easy parking, only 10-15 minute drive to Santander port. Excellent value for money. Restaurant attached to the hotel did an excellent evening meal and a snack breakfast for a really reasonable price .
