The location just 5 min to the boarder of Gibraltar. The room was large and the water pressure was very good. Nearby parking was very good if you prepaid at the machine. 7 Euro for 24 hours and 13 Euro for 48 hours. The reception staff were very helpful.

Perfectly equiped boat, 2! ACs, beds for 4 people, included and safe parking (missed charger for electric cars) on a very beautiful location. Chilly seats outside and even on the roof of the boat. It was an amazing experience which I would rebook again! Many ideas were really amazing like the multifuncional bath (toilet and shower in one). Many things were really considered and designed into the details. It made me inspirational for my own home. Communication with the host was perfect, friendly, fast! Best stay in my life.

The location in La Linea was convenient and easy to find, Parking around the building was also relatively easy. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet even though the building is on the main road. The shower was lovely and hot although a bit of a tight squeeze. It was easy to communicate with Jose Maria and even when there was a problem with the WIFI he came over quickly to resolve the issue

    Lovely town close to Gibraltar.

    Lovely town close to Gibraltar. It was decent hotels, restaurants, beaches, good transport links, and a cute old town area. I particularly liked La Casita (steak restaurant) and Tokyo Sushi Bar. The beach on the east (Playa del Castillo) was lovely with an amazing view of Gibraltar rock.

    It’s a strange but quirky place.

    It’s a strange but quirky place. A lot of it is a bit rundown but it’s improving and there’s very pleasant places. V good beaches. It’s not touristy at all but still has many restaurants and bars. Very different from the rest of the del Sol. Don’t come here if you’re a snob or like the Marbella type resorts.

    Just after Christmas for two weeks. Locals hostile to British as many Spanish snack bars and restaurants we wanted to eat lunch at said RESERVA when near empty. Area run-down and apart from one Mall some distance away this is a typical shabby Spanish town with one grotty museum. Only nice aspect was UK Gibraltar which was well worth visiting and we should have booked a Gibraltar hotel and not wasted our money on the Spanish...... as they don't deserve it. If you're looking for a decent experience go to Malaga or nearby and avoid La Linea as poor value for money and crap experience. I am disabled and in our 70's and we found this one of our worst holiday experiences and poor value for decades of world travel.

    Fabulous location excellent food and friendly helpful staff. Car park close to the hotel. Rooms were a good size and tea and coffee in the room was a positive as many other hotels don’t provide this. Pool was a bit small but adequate for our visit. Close to the border only a short walk

    😍: Closeness to Gibraltar . Location is great ❤️ We parked our car at the apid parking near the apartment and walk across to Gibraltar 😞: Would be nice if host refill the coffee bottle. Only sufficient to make a cuppa. 😞 Also no washing liquid left in bottle! 😞 Did not like the miss call thing to open the entrance door to the building

    It's a very nice place to see plenty bars shops lovely church and if you also go visit Gibraltar as it's on boarder easy to cross into just stroll through boarder both places are easy to get around

    This place was a magical experience ! Everything there was perfect : the boat, the HUUUGE basket for breakfasts, the communication with the owners, the place and the fact that we were so close to the Gibraltar-Spain border... The views are INCREDIBLE ! And just on the Gibraltar Rock by the terrace on the boat ! Thank you so much Barbara for everything, and the team. We got married in Gibraltar and a bottle of wine was waiting for us in the boat ! Thank you so much for your attention. WE RECOMMEND FOR SURE !

    This hotel is very cheap, especially compared to other hotels in Gibraltar. It is a great choice if you want to visit Gibraltar, stay here any walk to the border for like 10-15 mins. It is located in La Linea, a very lively town. You can find everything in, it eating, drinking, barber shop, etc. The reception men are all friendly. Generally it is clean, especially the toilets. Wifi working well, in room and in common area. It offers you the possibility to bring your own food and eat it in the common area.
