We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional and the service was outstanding. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby bar felt incredibly generous and were much appreciated. Amazing selection of food at breakfast. Just a short and pleasant walk from the town centre. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. Thank you.

    Mahon is quite a small town perched on top of the cliff with attractive roads and footpaths down to the waterside. The historic centre has good shops and restaurants and the restaurant along the waterside are numerous and very good. A quick boat ride to the little island in the harbour - Illa del Rei - is definitely worth it for lunch

    Mahon is a lovely island and the people are lovely and very friendly and helpful. The town is full of streets going off in different directions for travellers to explore. It is a very pretty town with lots of different shops to enjoy and buy lovely items to bring back to family and friends.

    we may have been out of season, but all along the harbour...

    we may have been out of season, but all along the harbour there were plenty of shops and restaurants, that never seemed to open or would only open for a few hours and then shut for the rest of the week. we should have gone to Es Castell, nice little harbour. Town is a lovely walk along the harbour and then take the lift up otherwise its a long hike up the steps or slopes. Town is limited in things to do. the markets are nice and interesting, for a bit, and you can only drink so much coffee, beer or Gin! you could complete in a day. the bus station is good and easy to use once you find it!

    Very unfriendly staff (except for some exceptions , for example receptionist and Italian barmaid very nice). The rest were kind of aggressive and unhelpful. Especially in the Spa ! If (like me) you chose this property for the spa... Don`t go! Either you won`t be able to access it or you will be left out in the cold with your young daughter , like it happened to me. Youi pay even the air you breath , nothing is complementary. I really did not have a good time.

    It was so easy to get around buses on the door step to take you to the shopping centre and coffee houses, also road train with a lot of information as you went along. Oldy worldly place very interesting, also the harbour area great

    Simple stylish apartment over two floors in a quiet convenient location with a local low key feel and great views. Staff were helpful and non intrusive .... and beds are super comfy. Been in Menorca every year for over two decades and it has changed a lot in the last couple of years due to mass tourism. It was a really nice surprise to find this place with a real feel of what the island once was and fall in love with the island again. Loved it...100 percent recommended

    Great location,just 5 mins walk to the Main bus station to go airport & travel around the island. Staffs are super friendly & helpful.Love the Green room,complimentary snacks,sandwiches and drinks including wine & beer almost all day , we are come at night check in still have free food provided.It’s a extra bonus . Hotel was clean , Rooftop pool has great view of Mahon . Also they are doing their bit for the environment and are eco friendly.well done

    Very central location in Mahón town. Bijou house, 3 storeys and lovely presentation. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. The owner has provided everything required for any eventuality, eg beach umbrellas, beach towels, x2 umbrellas, toiletries, etc. we would definitely rebook if we return to Menorca, which is a great base for travelling to the rest of the island; the bus service is wide ranging and very reasonable.
