The staff, so warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They had excellent local knowledge which really made our stay memorable. The hotel was the most comfortable and well appointed we have stayed in for a long while. Don't change a thing.

The accommodation is fantastic. Such an authentic place. The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a quiet surrounding there. We travelled with our dog and he loved the walks nearby. Although there is no food shop or restaurant in Sorlada (that makes the place even more attractive for us) you can have a breakfast or dinner in the house or buy a glass or bottle of a local wine in the house. Good starting point to visit the wineries in La Rioja. The apartment is nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We loved the place and we wish to return one day.

Very warm welcome and attention. I am so grateful to the hospitaleros Ben & Menno for their help and support. The palace is so beautiful refurbished, modern, very cosy & clean. One of the best accomodation on the Camino so far. Highly recommend !

    It is a very small village and remote.

    It is a very small village and remote. The village is cute and the people nice, but there is little to eat, see or do. We just stayed overnight one night while hiking the Camino, so it was fine for us.

    Mues itself is very small but it provides a good location...

    Mues itself is very small but it provides a good location for Logrono and the wineries in the area. We were using Mues because of its proximity to Bilbao and therefore did not plan any sightseeing. Next time we will investigate more the surrounding area and will certainly want to stay at the hotel in Mues.

    The husband and wife team were both very friendly and helpful, they went out of our way to help us in planning our day trips, where to park and places to eat. The parking was a private to the hotel and worked well Breakfast was good and tasty dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome .

    There is a small car park next to the hotel which was perfect for our motorcycles. The staff & management were very welcoming. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and interestingly furnished and decorated. Dining is in the cellar, and the food was excellent (dinner and breakfast). Highly recommended.

    Beautiful restored Hotel run by fabulous couple. Luxurious accommodation, delicious food - a great place to stay on the Camino. Its slightly off the track but they will come and collect you from Los Arcos and drop you back in the morning. Would highly recommend.

    They drove us both ways, to the hotel and from the hotel the day after, even did they drive one woman to the hospital the hotel and the couple were so good to us,
