The host couple Conchi and Carlos were excellent. We met them several times as Carlos has a bar/restaurant under the apartment. One day - Sunday - the hot water tank broke and could not be fixed that day - Conchi immediately offered us either a new apartment or we could use their private apartment and take a shower - very classy. The next day the problem was solved. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed the whole week that our visit lasted. We would love to come back

It was very close to the Camino route which we wanted and to everything else we needed. A friendly welcome from the hosts and there was a Laundromat nearby.

    Interesting city.

    Interesting city. The Monastery of Santa María la Real is absolutely extraordinary. The preservation and the organization of the visit is fantastic. The city is full of history and it would take more time to discover the years of stories of tits streets and to share ore time with their people. People are kind and servicial. The geography itself it is quite interesting from a geological perspective. I would go back.

    We went to Hotel Hispano as Pilgrims doing the Camino de Santiago. The attention of the host was amazing, a very kind and welcoming woman. Location is fantastic, so close to all active life, old town and main attractions, but in a more quiet street. Bedroom might be a little bit old fashioned but big, full of natural light and clean. Bathroom was big, with a very nice space in the shower, the warm water was fantastic.

    I have to split this review into two parts - the accommodation and the area (Nájera) itself. The hostel staff were very warm and welcoming and the room, though basic, had everything we needed. The hostel did provide ear plugs for what was to come (below), but I don't like wearing them.

    Spacious, clean in centre of Najera. Very well decorated. Perfect place to stay while walking the Camino. We cooked and were very happy to stay here and rest.
