Welcoming and responsive host, and that the apartment was very well equipped with all we needed (kitchen, washing machine, spacious too!). The location, the cleanliness. Incredible staff, very helpful. Was situated in a beautiful room looking at the entrance of the hotel and nearby park. Beds were exceptional also. Very very comfortable stay and will be back for sure.
