It was an old building that had been sympathetically brought up to date. Our room was very comfortable, and the hosts had done everything possible to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is in a small hamlet with surrounding hills, and you can hear the bells on the cattle as they roam the nearby fields. There is a bar and a restaurant, and we really enjoyed both our evening meal and breakfast. There was loads of choice for both meals and we couldn't fault anything. This is our place of choice when visiting this part of Spain, or exploring Picos de Europa. The owner and all the staff were extremely helpful. The food in the restaurant was really nice and great value for money. The owner let us park our motorcycle in the gated courtyard which we appreciated. The room was amazing, as was the hotel itself.
