We would like to higly appreciate the lady at the reception (morning shift) for her responsiveness and hospitality. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with delicious breakfast (not included). Commuting trains to the centre are quick, clean and air conditioned. Tickets can be easily bought at the train station Urioste.

Very nice hotel in a very nice house. Has a free parking. Staff is friendly. Location is good - near the port, in which restaurants and bars are located. You can order your breakfast on site, in which you can order drinks, coffee, cakes and tapas in the nice and efficient bar below (belongs to the hotel) in a few Euros per person - and it is very tasty.

First off, the hotel lobby is beautiful! Sitting by the pool was also lovely, and the staff were fantastic. I had some unexpected business that came up, and they were able to print some documents for me without a problem. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub and shower which was appreciated. The room was cleaned dutifully daily, and the bed was very comfortable. The 10 minute walk to transit in the morning was beautiful and felt safe, and the nearby shops were great for purchasing our own breakfast foods (hotel breakfast looked costly). We wanted to spend most of our time in Bilbao, and we did not feel like we missed out by staying in Barakaldo thanks to the metro proximity.

The hotel is spotless, modern furnished, elegant, the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, reception services at check in were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay at Puente Colgante! A big thank you to all hotel staff!

    Clean, comfortable hotel room. Stayed Saturday night so no facilities (not even a coffee machine) on Sunday morning. Ten minutes walk to local amenities. Hotel is based in an industrial zone so the area looks a little rough at night but no problems experienced. Underground parking available but entrance area is low so may not be suitable if you have a roofbox. But lots of parking on street too. At room price for night, excellent value when you need easy access to ferry.

    The young lady at Reception was very friendly and helpful as was the lady in the Bar. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the train if we had wanted to go into central Bilbao and was less than 15 minutes to the ferry which we had to catch that morning
