It is impossible to describe in a few words how fantastic a week we spent in this hotel. It can be classified as more than a four-star hotel! It offers more than what can be read in its modest description. They pay attention to every detail, everything is very elegant and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are always smiling, especially Ivan! The garden is wonderful, it gives enough shade to go to the beach. The pool is super good and also very clean. There are also sunbeds on the direct beach. Thank you very much for your extraordinary attentiveness, we were also awaited with breakfast at four o'clock in the early morning. I am sure we will return to this extraordinary hotel. The restaurant's food is very tasty and plentiful. There is a lot on offer, each night has a different theme .The hotel is located in a quiet little bay where almost only hotel guests bathe, so there are no crowds. The location itself is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties or music. The city of Palma is really close, 15 minutes by taxi, which costs 20-25 euros. The airport is 25 minutes away. I know it's hard to choose between the many hotels, but don't hesitate here, you won't be disappointed. I have been to many places in the world, but this is one of the first. Thank you!     It really depends what you want from your vacation.

    It really depends what you want from your vacation. I would stay again, but now I know what to expect. It doesn’t have that “local” feel, it is much more touristic. But it’s a good and affordable base to explore other areas of Mallorca. I would definitely recommend for families and also for people who enjoy night live. If you’re not too fussed by the surroundings and just want an area to sleep, but venture to other places, then this is also definitely a good area

    I having been coming to Palma Nova for 35+ years ,I've travelled the world. But Palma and its inhabitants is like my second home and would recommend it to anyone as a one off or like me Hola Como estas Hoy?

    Palma nova has 3 great beaches. The sand is olden and clean. The water is crystal clear and ideal for families with smaller children as the water is shallow. Around the beaches there are a great variety of bars, restaurants,shops and small supermarkets to cater for all. The main promanards of the resort is generally flat and well carered for people with walking difficulties, the back of the resort does have some small inclines. However most main hotels and apartments are acceable. A shout out to "the Scotsman", this is a restaurant that serves great food and great service. This was located on the edge of Son Matias beach. If you are looking for things to do. There are boat trip that pick up in Palma Nova.

    Plenty of restaurants-our favourites were The Sunset Bar for...

    Plenty of restaurants-our favourites were The Sunset Bar for Beers, nuts, Toasties, Cocktails and amazing service. Also LA American Diner, equally great service, liqueur coffees, beers and delicious Hotdogs. Recommended were the Ribs but we have to pay another visit for those! Clothes shops by the hundred. Paella on the beach front good too but avoid The Dolphin Restaurant which served us Spaghetti Bolognaise that tasted of fish! and a Pina Colada that split! Advice to visitors, walk the length of the shopping street and compare prices before you buy. The good thing in Palmanova is there are no 'Looky Looky' men pestering you to buy their knock offs! Bus from the airport A11. Easy tap on and tap off system with your card. Cost roughly £6 from Airport to Palmanova. Bus stops on the Beach front. Clear Timetable. Hop on a bus to Magaluf or Santa Ponsa. Taxi from airport to Palmanova £60+. Spaniards seem to drive extremely fast!

    The hotel is in a great location and was spotless. Easy to travel into portals, palma and also magaluf and other locations. We only had breakfast, this was gorgeous and plenty of choice. The food for half board also looked lovely in the evening. Hotel rooms lovely and clean. Lovely little touch in reception the reception area under the pool and there is also a lovely garden area for drinks. Staff all amazing. Javier was great and gave good advice on beaches near by to travel to. Would highly recommend and will be back next year!

    It was a lovely place to stay the food was amazing also they had plenty of choice of drinks on the all inclusive. Breakfast carried on till 10.30 which was fab if you had overindulged the night before. There was plenty of food for everyone even if you went in late. The staff were really friendly and reception couldn’t do enough for us. They printed the timetable of the busses to go to Palma for us they were really nice. The hotel had lovely rooms overlooking the sea a nice pool and you could hire towels to use there.

    The staff are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The hotel is close to bars, shops and restaurants. The beach is only 5min walk away. The location is very good for both Palmanova and Magaluf and the bus stop is outside the hotel for travel to Palma and Santa Ponsa.

    The property was very clean! The staff were very warm & helpful. The hotel restaurants also offered a good variety of food. The location is just perfect if you want to go to Magaluf or tour palmanova. Close to the bus stop bringing you to Palma city aswell.
