Everything was great. Check-in was smooth and fast, the guy at the counter was helpful, fast and very friendly and polite. Room was much bigger than expected. Since I had an extremely early check-out, they arrange a way for me to leave my key. The hotel is just 2 mins from trains station, really convenient!!

The location was great for me on the way to Portugal. The property is beautiful and the room was superb. The staff didn't really speak English but we managed just fine. Secure parking for my motorcycle was a must and this delivered. There is a lack of facilities in this town and I wasn't able to get an evening meal but I managed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

amazing location, amazing accommodation, very considerate and friendly staff. I cannot recommend highly enough! highly recommend drinking a glass of their homemade wine on your balcony while overlooking the beautiful and tranquil lake. 10 out of 10.

Our stay at Piso Estación Termal II was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, beautifully remodeled, and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the care and attention to detail that went into making this a truly comfortable and welcoming space. The location is also fantastic! The Termas da Chavasqueira are just a 7-minute walk away, and the scenic riverside promenade along the Miño is an absolute must. Strolling along the river is a beautiful experience, and it’s a great way to discover other thermal baths in the area. For those traveling by bus or train, the apartment is incredibly convenient—just two blocks from the station. Esther, the host, went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. She was incredibly kind and helpful, starting with her prompt communication when we booked, to her warm welcome upon arrival. Her local tips and recommendations were invaluable and made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was Esther's honesty and thoughtfulness. After our departure, she contacted us to let us know we had forgotten a significant amount of money. Thanks to her quick action, we were able to return and recover it. Such integrity and generosity are rare and deeply appreciated. We can't recommend Piso Estación Termal II highly enough! It’s a place where you’ll feel cared for, relaxed, and completely at ease. We unfortunately only stayed here one night due to just needing to get an early train because we loved our stay. On the first floor so easy to get to it was really well equipped and so clean. Great terrace to just sit and listen to the sounds of the city or even to get some clothes dry. But the highlight for us was how friendly and helpful Jose was. Truly wonderful.

Location very quite close to nature. The staff was friendly and sweet. You can really relax. If you want to go to places close to the beach it’s a 1hour drive or city Ourense 30 minutes drive. We took our 2 cats with us and they loved the space. You have a net to play volley or basketball.
