We stayed there for 5 nights, honestly I wanted to stay more 'cause the place is amazing, me and my fiance loved it. The room was beautiful, I loved the spa and the pool. The location is beautiful, between the beach and the hard rock cafe, right in the center. The room is soundproof. And the breakfast, omg I still crave it.

The location is perfect. Close to the sea/surfing site and few minutes walk to the shopping centre. They also made extra gesture for my husband’s birthday which I communicated ahead of time. Gave us personalized greetings on our arrival and some souvenirs. Bottle of wine, greeting card and some balloons on his birthday. We appreciate every gesture especially on assigning our room, it was magnificent. We will definitely come back. Our friends new what they did and so they said they will book H10 Conquistador too🥰 Thank you also to all the staff. From room cleaner to buffet staff, bar staff and resto staff and front desk. Massive thanks to all of you🥰

The location is very good and also that the area is closed with fence all around. The breakfast is always excellent both for kids and adults. We also enjoyed the Gala dinner on Christmas day. And the animation in the evenings was great. We want to come again and again to HD Parque Cristobal!

A Year-Long Party

The undisputed Tenerife party capital, Playa de las Américas is a year-round resort of sun, sand and sizzling nightlife. At the foot of volcanic mountains stretching up to Mount Teide, its long beach is comprised of imported golden sand. Tenerife’s natural beaches – such as that in northern Puerto de la Cruz – are actually black sand.

Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje neighbouring Playa de las Américas also have golden beaches, and all are lapped by warm, turquoise waters. Watersports are a popular activity, and the area boasts Siam Park with its hair-raising waterslides, rapids and a host of swimming pools. There’s even a wave pool where you can surf!

Outdoor pools are also found in the Playa de las Américas accommodation on Booking.com, including 5-star resorts, cheap hotels and self-catering apartments. Aqualand has yet more flumes and pools, as well as a dolphinarium.

Dolphins and whales can also be spotted from boat trips along the coast. Other activities include Golf Las Américas, the Canaries’ largest golf course.

However, it’s what happens after dark that’s the biggest draw. The Patch complex has family-friendly bars with food, while the bars, clubs and casinos of the Starco shopping centre and Verónicas strip only really kick in at after midnight.

    The Hotel Volcano is in a great Location, it is a great place to visit, we will be definitely returning next year and for the foreseeable future holidays. I would definitely recommend the Tuk, Tuk tour. It’s gives you a better feel for this beautiful place in playa de Las Americas. I found this place to be very clean, tidy and very Welcoming!!

    Great area with plenty going on while also having quieter...

    Great area with plenty going on while also having quieter spots. Plenty of places to eat drink and shop in. Several beautiful beaches and walks along the coast to either Los Cristianos or in the other direction to Adeje. Our 3rd time there and we noticed and were aware of a bit more crime going on in the area and felt we had to be just a bit more vigilant this time, wouldn't stop us going back though. Very very very easy to get your hands on any type of drugs, wouldn't have to go looking as you get asked by people while out walking, day or night!!! Wasn't as obvious the previous times we were there.

    It's an okay beach, there is definitely more space in low season. Part of the beach has rocks on the beach and in the water, but the other part is much better. Also, there are much better beaches near by.

    The area is perfect for all ages

    The area is perfect for all ages It is desired by adults for the wonderful view it offers. The long walks with the different terraces that invite you are a dream. The important thing is that the beach is public everywhere and is not private. Accommodations have very good prices. 4-star hotels are around 120 euros per night. For young people there is nightlife with parties on the seashore. Food is for all tastes. - there are higher prices for quality food as well as lower prices. The menu of the day costs 13 euros.

    Playa Americas has lots of options for various travellers...

    Playa Americas has lots of options for various travellers and for me having been there several times I am talking about the whole area stretching from village of Los Cristianos and to the village of La Caleta. For family people and those who prefer a relaxing atmosphere I highly recommend exactly those two towns on separate ends of the "Playa Americas" area. The area in the middle is if one follows the beach from Los Cristianos, the La Vista beaches besides the main shopping street being mandatory to visit of course. From there on the strip stretches towards Troya beach and the Veronicas where the party nightlife takes place being interesting but not so relaxing at all. From there on is the long strip of Costa Adeje with many beaches and glamorous hotels the prime being Playa del Duque with its posh choping area. At the other end is then La Caleta to me being the nicest place of all with its unique atmosphere and great resturants - so dont skip going there!

    This place exceeded my expectations, after reading some of the reviews i think some people have too high expectations, this hotel suited everything we needed, a fully air conditioned apartment, fridge kettle and microwave with a lovely sea and pool view, it was in a great location for the nightlife and right on the beach with a shopping centre below the hotel, they also do entertainment around the pool in the day if that is your sort of thing, we had a great holiday, thank you for a great stay

    I stayed at three other hotels in Tenerife, and here are some good points about this hotel: Breakfast: Watermelon and melon were always available. Brewed coffee. In the room: There was a very good blanket, (which was missing in Hotel Gala for example), and the mattress was comfortable. A subtle but important detail for women: the mirrors had a heater, so they didn’t fog up! A small bottle of wine was provided as a welcome gift in the room. Thank you to the hotel!

    The location is unbeatable on the first line with amazing view. The territory is spacious, amazing pool area with lots of sunbeds and umbrella. It's with the short walk proximity to playa del Comison and playa de las Vistas. On another direction playa de las Americas is within 10 min walk. There are 3 bars and 1 restaurant on the premises and grocery shop. It's our third time in Tenerife south and the best location by far!

    I cant believe this is a 3 star! The location is perfect. The hotel is clean and inviting. The staff are mostly friendly and our cleaners were just fab (room 1099 - right on the beach!). The room was comfy and modern, the kitchen facilities were fab, the beds comfy and the showers were lovely. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice and the outside area for breakfast was lovely.
