The host Jose was extremely friendly, and the handover was very smooth. The house is located directly at the main road, with one of the two bedrooms on the back side facing the river. The apartment is pretty spacious for three people, and the kitchen was well-equipped including some groceries for breakfast. Parking directly next to the house.

    Town is quant lots of cute bars and shops (didn’t find...

    Town is quant lots of cute bars and shops (didn’t find anyone who spoke English and we’re in Spain so bring your Spanish with you!) The apartment is a quick 8 minute Taxi ride down the hill. We don’t speak much Spanish but the bar across the street from the Taxi stand was super helpful and called a Taxi for us. And we were able to arrange a ride back to town with the driver for the next morning.

    The hotel is located in the centre of town. Our room overlooked the river which was nice. I had made a mistake with the booking and the lovely lady at reception fixed it for me so I was very appreciative. All the staff were very helpful as we speak very little Spanish. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant which was fabulous don’t miss it if you are in this town. The food is great and the atmosphere is incredible.

    This was a wonderful little town with a great feel. The hotel had all the features we were looking for (with the exception of wifi). Good storage, good bathroom, great view. Very quiet. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and service was quick and easy. They had a good secure spot to store the bikes.

    Truely excellent restaurant attached to the hotel (or vice versa). Typical Asturias dishes offered in very generous proportions. Heard and spoke very little English while in this town but no problem with communication. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff were great too.
