Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location, right by a charming small beach, is idyllic, and the breakfast was amazing. What truly stood out was the incredible service from the staff. Every single person we encountered was so friendly, warm, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. They made us feel welcome and cared for in a way that few places manage. Special thanks to Anna from reception for making us feel so welcome!

Staying at Portals Hills was an amazing experience and I can’t praise enough how much I would recommend to book a stay there. Whether you are traveling with children or without Portals Hills meets all expectations. The staff especially Mariana, is so utterly kind and never fails to put a smile on your face. The rooms are clean and modern, as is the hotel itself. What we especially liked was that it didn’t give off a busy atmosphere due to being a boutique hotel. Lastly, I truly recommend the yacht experience with Portals Hills. We booked the sunset tour and it was definitely a year highlight. The views from the boat were spectacular and Juanma the Captain was also really nice. 10/10 recommend.

An absolutely stunning and luxurious hotel – truly a dream vacation! Everything was perfect! What made our stay truly unforgettable was the incredibly warm and attentive staff. You rarely meet people who are so genuinely kind and go out of their way to make guests – including the little ones – feel special. Our little one was especially excited every day to greet his ‘Police officer’ from the SOS staff by the pool– such a great man from the team! He also had many favourite people in the restaurant, where everyone was so friendly and caring. The whole atmosphere was full of love, warmth, and positive energy. Even the other guests were exceptionally kind. It felt like a little paradise – we didn’t want to leave! 💕🌸

    Unique in that it is more a residential area with a posh port. It sits in between your more common or garden resorts and has its own charm, centered around the harbour and port and adjoining row of shops, estate agents and bar, restaurant clubs. Bring your credit card! Portals has a little town centre too, with restaurants, a supermarket and some usual resident shops.

    Love the area especially the port and all its restaraunts. The public beach is excellent Beds are reasonable 20.50 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella Easy to get to Palma Can be a wait for taxis during high season and busy times of the day

    The village has plenty of bars and restuarants and is quite quiet in June. Its is reasonably close to Puerto Portals Marina and a pleasant walk to Son Cal and Palma Nova as there is a path the whole way.

    The marina down in Portals is beautiful and there are so many fantastic eateries to choose from. This is our second time visiting for 3 nights and we will definitely return. We stayed in the Tomir Portals Suites hotel and it's easy to walk about 10-15 mins down into the marina area. The beach is lovely too, with a nice beach bar/cafe that does food & drinks. There's a bit of work being done at the moment along the marina front, but it'll soon be finished and it'll be lovely!

    Great location to stay whether you want to stay local to...

    Great location to stay whether you want to stay local to chill or use it as a base to venture out. We rented a car for 4 days and managed to see a number of places on the island with most places only a short 20/25 minute trip away including the city of Palma if that’s your sort of thing. Area itself has a couple of very nice beaches which we went to more than we thought we would as they were so nice. We would stay again for sure and explore more of the island

    I really liked the pool area ,well laid out and it had a bar and restaurant beside it which worked really well.The rooms were very spacious and clean .The food was very good quality with plenty of choice .The staff were very friendly and helpful .Its a great location with nice beaches and walks and good choice in local restaurants and bars

    We’ve stayed here a many times and the standard is consistently great. Staff are all excellent and happy to help. Hotel is very clean and well kept throughout. Some nice upgrades since our last visit - rooftop bar, spa and gym area. We’ve tried other hotels in the area but Tomir is by far our favourite. Short walk to the beach, marina and portal nous village.

    Our first accomodation after reaching Mallorca. Staff was super friendly, took a care about us and served us at the lobby wery well. It was great that bus stop is almost at the hotel - it helped us a lot. Definitely would recommend!

    This is an amazing hotel. Very boutique but so clean with a fabulous pool beck and open plan bar. Rooms are very comfortable and breakfast amazing. Staff were fabulous and so attentive. Daily replenished mini bar is an added bonus.
