The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is amazing. The room was spacious and well laid out. The views, especially the sunset, are spectacular. The breakfast was generous with a great selection, including delicious homemade tarte de queso!

Superb boutique hotel with a great beach setting on Playa de Santa Marina. We planned to stay one night but extended our stay for two additional nights due to illness. Staff were amazingly kind and helpful in response, providing simple extra meals when I was sick and many small thoughtful acts, like bringing up a kettle and tea bags without being asked. Our room was in the historic old building, a colorful building with great character. Our room was clean and spacious and offered a great view overlooking the beach while providing a lovely background sound of ocean waves. Before the illness, we enjoyed a lovely walk along the beach on a beautiful Spring day. The included breakfast was amazing, with many hot and cold dishes to order. (Their scrambled eggs were not only delicious, but came in a presentation that was a work of art.) We never had supper at the restaurant, but its reputation is renowned. What the hotel offered exceeded our expectations in many dimensions and provided tremendous value. In our view, this is a wonderful place with great hospitality for a stopover if you're travelling across the coastal areas of Northern Spain.

Stunning property. The accom is over the road in a new building from the fabulous old Indianas main building. It is super comfortable. Fab bed (and pillow menu!) and I loved the Nespresso machine, drinks in the fridge and chocolates. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Surpassed all expectations!

    Ribadesella is in a lovely location with the Picos behind the town and river and sea in front. We travelled to the area by feve train, which was very scenic. You will need a taxi on arrival as the station is high up above the town.

    My wife and I came to Ribadesella first around 10 years ago...

    My wife and I came to Ribadesella first around 10 years ago and fell in love with it. There are a huge number of great restaurants and places to visit and activities for everyone. Additionally, we discovered recently a lot of the restaurants cater for Coeliacs really well which is tremendous for a family with 3 Coeliacs.

    Lovely seaside town with spectacular mountain and coastal views, good promenades and beach, plenty of eating and drinking options. Very comfortable apartment with very friendly and informative hostess/manager. On our first night it was the festival of the town's patron saint - cue midnight bonfire and fireworks - we had a grandstand view across the river from our balcony. A couple of potential snags - the beach was closed for bathing because of river pollution (but there are some great beaches not far away); and the house between us and the mountain view looked like it was scheduled for redevelopment. Also, we did not have time, but historic caves nearby. Otherwise, it was perfect. I don't say that very often.

    Lovely village with marina and nice walks along the promenade and harbourside. Not a huge choice of eating establishments but the one we chose "El Campanu" was terrific if a bit erratic in the order of delivery of dishes!

    This was a stop for just one night along my walking trip.

    This was a stop for just one night along my walking trip. I arrived at 14:00 I felt like I did tour the town by the evening. I took a long walk along the two parts of the town connected by the bridge, walked in the water, barefoot, along the beach which was so refreshing and relaxing for my tired feet. The views were stunning and the weather was so pleasant. Used the common lavendarias to wash my clothes, dined and had coffee with some delicious chocolate assortment at a nice chocolate store at the main town whole. It was Sunday and most of the shops were closed. Overall, it is very recommended for a short stop or get-way for peach lovers and surfers.

    This holiday home in hamlet near Ribadesella is exceptionally well equipped, having dishwasher, washing machine and even a child's high chair. The boiler with pellets was new to us but it was very efficient and we were never cold. Would definitely book again should we be in the area. Thank you David, we loved it!

    We love this hotel and its location. Unfortunately we didn’t get the exact room we wanted but still loved our sea view. In the unseasonal warm temperatures we were glad to get a fan when we asked. Ribadesella is a nice location for exploring the area. We would recommend this hotel and will return.

    Reception spoke great English. Main hotel building on the seafront. We stayed in the new annex building across from main hotel which was excellent, good sized rooms with coffee maker & fridge. We also parked our motorbikes in the underground car park free of charge.
