Everyone was professional and friendly. We had our dog with us and the staff were more than accommodating. Really great experience. Found the rooms to be better than in the photos. Everything worked well. Cold AC and fast internet. Highly recommend.

We really love the apartment, where you can feel exactly as at your home... It's your summer Spanish flat. Very normal, very sympatic, very calm, and large! There is so large terrase, almost 40m square. You can keep your calm time at holiday. Kids really loved playing tennis and I was everyday in swimming pool next to the house. I was there alone, nobody was there with me, so that was so luxury feeling. There are Spanish people at neighborhood, not so much tourist. The way to the beach was 20 minutes by walk down to the hill through the city. Shopping Mercadona, Lidlu, Carrefour by car 5 or 10 minutes far from flat.

Great and cozy place. Close to the beach and downtown. Room's small and clean - it was enough for trip. Special thanks for the host and staff! Despite the late arrival everything was prepared and there were no worries. And the breakfast down stairs was waiting for in the morning with a good coffee indeed. Thanks a lot!

    The train station is super convenient and it's great that...

    The train station is super convenient and it's great that it's also so close to the beach. There are multiple solid restaurants and bars including Bar Franny and El Emperador. There are a couple grocery stores in walking distance from the center, and there is a centrally-located bus stop. The beach is really nice, especially at night in the summer, when there are many activities for kids and adults alike, as well as nice restaurants along the path on the beach (paseo maritimo).

    It was nice and quiet. Seems it is not a season. Not many people only a few on the beach. We visited a few shops and restaurants, the people were friendly, Beach was very nice and sandy. Lifeguards are probably on duty during the season

    The place is beautiful. The Apartment 3000 is awfull.

    The place is beautiful. The Apartment 3000 is awfull. Poor customer service and rude. They stole the money from my credit card. They did not inform me or asked me for a permission. They did it after I left the country, though they had sent me an email earlier informing me that my deposit money was released. They are svindler and their apartments are not safe for families. DO NOT STAY IN THIER APARTMENTS. We had to check out and book another hotel. They even threated us and ask that we must give them cash, which we didn't have and we didn't know why we should them money for. Sending stranger men to come and get money from us. We felt intimidated and threatened. We had to escape to a safer place.

    The beach and the sea view are simply wonderful, but there...

    The beach and the sea view are simply wonderful, but there is not much to do there. The city looks like an old people's home, no offense to our lovely seniors ;) I must admit that it's a quite safe place to stay.

    The town itself mainly caters to Spanish tourists.

    The town itself mainly caters to Spanish tourists. English is not very widely spoken. There are a few restaurants and shops in the town center and more on the beach boulevard. It's a quick hop to Calafell Platja which has a larger pedestrian zone and a gorgeous beach. Segur de Calafell is ideal for visiting other places on the coast, e.g. Tarragona (45 mins) , Sitges (25 mins) and Barcelona (50 mins) by car.

    The owner/host of this hotel is a prime example of a perfect host. Yes, a few things went horribly wrong, but he managed to solve all these problems perfectly. Accidents happen, it's how you solve the problem that matters most. And he did an excellent job. The hotel itself is nice and clean. It has spacious rooms and it's close to the railway station. Highly recommended, thank you, will visit again.

    The receptionist kindly offerred a parking for my bicycle inside the hotel and delevered all my bags to the room without even a word from me. Very friendly service.
