The room was cozy, comfortable and spacious. Everything was top notch. Breakfasts although small yet tasty, local products. Coffee and tea were available all the time. Definitely worth staying. Parking spots near the hotel were hard to find at first but it got better over time.

Breakfast was perfect: varied menu something for all tastes. Alex and Susan are perfect hosts and could not have been more friendly and helpful. Peaceful location near a small sleepy village with a couple of great restaurants for dinner. Extremely relaxing.

Beautiful hotel in a picturesque setting with large and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast with many fruits, breads and pastries to choose from. The dinner was five course and fine dining and the staff were able to make the meals vegetarian for my partner and I. Staff were very friendly, the area was quiet and tranquil. Absolutely recommend.

The house is excellent and lacks almost nothing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. The yard with the swimming pool are perfect. Everything is very clean and at the highest level. Definitely a highly recommended place

A very clean and beautiful cute Hotel, with amazing rooms. Very well designed and spacious in size. I love the colours and materials. The roof terrace and the small kitchen next to it. Only 10 to 15 min. walk from the train station. In the centre of Inca with plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. A very helpful and charming owner which is always accessible via e-mail. Easy to handle the whole booking and online check in. In the night it is peaceful , because it’s of the main road. I did feel very welcome and home from the beginning to the END!

The views from the property are stunning, the hotel is even better in person than the pictures here suggest. Our room was large and more traditionally furnished - some in our group had more modern furnishings and bathrooms. The pool area has lots of loungers and the sitting areas in the shade outside the hotel are plentiful. Breakfast buffet is high quality with lots of variety.

    Our stay was lovely. It was a great bonus that you can use Sa Bisbal and Can Cota facilities throughout your stay. The hotel and grounds were quiet for our stay so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The hotel staff are so friendly letting us know about the local area and helped us book taxis when needed. The breakfast menu was great and so were the staff. I can’t recommend this enough

    Location is perfect. It is close enough to walk into Selva where there are a couple of good restaurants and bars. There is a train station which is really easy to use and gets you into Palma, Alcúdia etc.
