Third time to visit Sitges. The town is beautiful with great beaches. Lovely restaurants and bars. Feel very safe there. Like the diversity and inclusion aspect. A lovely seaside town.
A lovely seaside town. Although bustling with tourists it wasn't overdeveloped like some resorts, Beaches excellent, restaurants and bars very good. Fantastic place to stay, particularly for gay men! More expensive than a lot of places but lovely long flat promenade along the front! Have to be careful of bags, jewellery, and personal safety, particularly late at night so think about how far your hotel is from the centre BEFORE you book as streets very quiet late at night! Ideal for muggers! Fantastic views, great museum (worth a visit), and lovely sandy beaches (including gay nudist beach) near centre of town …. We had an ocean view one bedroom, with a chaise lounge for our teenager that converted into a large bed. View over the Med was spectacular and the balcony perfect to enjoy a cava while the sunset. Room was well appointed with all you may need for a longer stay. A lovely stroll along the beach front takes you to Old Town within a few minutes. A perfect location, right in the heart of Sitges. We have stayed in Sitges on several occasions and so know that this area can be quite vibrant and musical. Our room, however, was right at the back overlooking the side street and did not look like any of the rooms shown on the website. We were not bothered that we didn't have a sea view but the room could have done with a bit of TLC.
