    We love Teulada, where we had been before.

    We love Teulada, where we had been before. Villa Anita, although quite expensive, did not give us the experience we were hoping for, which had nothing to do with the location. The agency was not there to introduce us to the house, nor when we left to check it over with us. I doubt that its many defects had been checked beforehand. When we lodged our legitimate complaints we felt that we disturbed them. In fairness, they reimbursed us the deposit completely, but then we took great pains to leave the place impeccable, clean and ready to move in.

    This villa was everything we hoped it would be for a family of 10, include 2 children under 10. It was very well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well spaced out around the building. The outside area was perfect for family activities and although we did not spend any time at all in the living area, it was spacious and well equipped. The pool and location were perfect! 5 min car or taxi ride to Moraira, supermarket and local bars/restaurants 2 mins away by car.

    this villa is fantastic. Great views of the sea , the mountains and Calpe rock. Close to local amenities , multinational dining within 5 minutes and Moraira centre within 10 to 15 minutes walk. It is a short steep slope from the main road but then again so are most villas here . The pool was private and the accommodation spotless. The attention to detail of the hostess was second to none, I hope that we have the opportunity to stay here again

    This is a fantastic holiday home! It is well equipped, comfortable and has a lovely community pool. The nearby town of Teulada has some wonderful place to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner - and very friendly locals. Moraira nearby has lovely bars and restaurants too.

    The property is a lovely place with lots of comfortable seating in lots of areas outside so you can enjoy the sunshine all day. Well equipped kitchen and washing facilities. Quiet area and walking distance to a range of shops and restaurants.
