What a great hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, the location was great, there's a parking garage close by, the room was nice and very clean. I also liked that climate control is done through the floors, which means no fan/airco noise.

    Do your research in advance. Jewish quarter , Christian heritage, some Muslim heritage but no 20th century coverage. Forget the hop bus and take mini train instead, better info. Mostly walkable but quite hilly, not for wheelchairs.

    Toledo seemed to have less outdoor eating/drinking places than there were in Segovia which we also visited. I think this was perhaps due to the fact that buildings are so tightly packed together compared to Segovia. Its still very much worth a visit but perhaps three rather than four nights.

    Toledo is beautiful but very hilly and steep hills. If you could make me 10 years younger I could have seen and done more. The hop on hop off sightseeing bus was great for us. Every time we eat whether in highly rated restaurants or local cafes the food was fantastic and good value.

    We spent the first two nights of our fly drive trip around the region in Toledo and were not disappointed. Beautiful city, lots to see and do. The cathedral was beautiful - leave plenty of time to visit. It was quite a hectic two days and three would have been more leisurely.

    Old winding streets full of character, lots of historical places to see and visit - known as the city of three cultures (Moorish, Christian and Jewish). Toledo is a beautiful city well worth discovering, nestled on the hillside within old city walls with the river Tajo and countryside below. There's an amazing history themed park called Puy de Fou with an amazing night show well worth seeing! And don't forget the archaeological sites, old town, Greco and army Alcazar museums - and that's just to name a few!

    My daughter has a friend in Toledo which is the reason for my visit. My daughter visits with her friend whilst I explore the city. I love it, it is a great place for both a solo traveller and those travelling with family or friends. Steeped in history, having visited a couple of times now, I know all the places very well and can find my way around easily.

    It’s a family run Boutique hotel who are very kind and well mannered. Ready to help at all moments. The location is centrally located in one of the main squares of the old town . Transfer from Toledo train station is via a 15min walk. Since Toledo is all uphill there’s an escalator(see pic attached) which can be easily missed as it is situated within a public car park. This escalator takes you from the Puente de Alcantara up to the plaza de Zocodover.

    Nice, clean and welcoming hotel. Good location for all things in Toledo old town. Very good communication with staff via messaging (despite no on-site staff) who were very helpful with requests. Rooms were a good size and beds very comfortable. Check in and access was relatively straightforward.
