We traveled with our elderly parents for family emergency and felt the staff so friendly & welcoming .Rooms were up to our expectations. Special thanks to the house keeping team for maintaining the cleanliness. Vika the house keeping staff looked after us.She made sure our room was cleaned daily with towels & amenities. After my visit i think people should ignore previous reviews. The stay was amazing. Staff was generously kind & cooperative. Rooms are spacious and very well ventilated with clean linen. Air conditioning worked well, TV was working, kettle was there with ample supply of packed tea coffee & milk. Hot water and towels were also provided. I am completely satisfied and my next visit will only be in this hotel. I don't know how it got bad ratings and I guess in this price point the hotel is doing pretty well.
