We rented 2 nights on the ground floor.
We rented 2 nights on the ground floor. The windows of the room were facing the alleys of the hotel, and the locks were broken. Hence we could not close the room. The reception did not have any other solution than proposing another room on the 2nd floor with the same problem, or playing around with the shutters to lock the room.
