It has a good-sized garden and a swimming pool. Car parking was very secure but there are limited spaces so it's certainly best to book a space in advance. The hotel is situated close to the river, and it's a lovely walk along its banks, and not far from the small town centre. We really enjoyed our meal in the restaurant in the courtyard. The room had been kept cool with closed shutters and the windows open but as the weather was exceptionally hot, the electric fan provided was much appreciated. The hotel was very dog friendly too.
