Good location and very comfortable hotel. Staff excellent and restaurant very good, offering dining inside or out depending on the weather. We have been coming here every year for a while now and it gets better and better.

Location is perfect in the old town. Hotel and Restaurant staff are delightful. We felt very welcome here. Quintessentially French old building but recently refurbished rooms that were quiet, contemporary and clean. It offers the best of both worlds plus the comfortable beds we have slept in! Don’t miss the amazing breakfast.

Wonderful place with an amazing view of the lake! The rooms are very simple yet modern and very clean. Very good breakfast with plenty of things to choose from (however they don´t do scrambled eggs, just boiled ones). The staff at the reception was very helpful and responsive. If I ever come back to Annecy, I will defintely book again! Thank you so much!

    The hotel in general was not super clean. Our room was very basic with bad quality matresses. We could hear everything in the hallway. Toilets and showers were not clean at all. The day of the check out 1 hour before we got locked out of our room the code to enter the room was no longer working. The staff came and opened the door with a key did not even try to fix it.
