Location. Just in the middle of Place de l'Horloge and a stone's throw away from Palais de Papes. Reception staff were very welcoming and they even kept the luggages for us for free when we arrived early.

First of all the staff is an amazing highlight of the hotel, everyone so polite and friendly. Always available to help and share the best tips. Hotel has a great location, you can walk everywhere, even to the train station. The rooms were comfy and super clean. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and very nicely designed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was always kept at a pleasant temperature. The pool is fantastic and you can actually swim in it. Additionally, we could charge our EV for free at Tesla's destination charger!
