    The location was great, perfect for exploring beautiful Bruniquel. The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and we were fortunate to have a balcony. The etape's own snack bar was unexpectedly good and very useful, as the village restaurants were out of high season. Breakfasts were basic but very adequate and the breakfast room had beautiful views. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this lovely area.

    The hotel is on a beautiful property. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't get to enjoy the gardens, but from the window it looked very pretty. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We liked it so much that we are going back there for new year's eve.

    1.The quality of the food was outstanding. 2. The grounds around the hotel and short distance to nearest town 3. The customer service including the willingness to allow us to eat earlier at 7 rather than 7.30.

    Fabulous hotel (converted mill?), on a river, on the edge of the Gorges of Aveyron. And a wonderful restaurant. And a million exotic birds in the garden.
