Although this is a 4-star hotel, it deserves all 5! Everything was just amazing.. warm and welcoming staff members, really clean, modern and cosy room, perfect sauna, delicious breakfast. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around 5-10min walk. We felt so good there that we even got a bit upset that the time had passed so fast, and we had to leave this amazing place. If we visit Agen again, there is no doubt that we are staying here.

Fabulous!!! Just what we needed after a long days travel. Stunning property, situated in the centre of town with a private car park, close to restaurants and shops. Beautifully decorated with taste and interesting antiques. Delightful host with good recommendations. Ate at an upmarket restaurant 2 minutes walk from the hotel gates. Rooms extremely comfortable with luxury bedding, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. I was very grateful for the large bath and had a much needed soak with lashings of hot water. Breakfast was above and beyond the usual continental. All in all a wonderful stay and will be staying again in the very near future. It was a last minute plan and I booked it from the airport as we were too tired for a long drive and I’m so glad we did.

A lovely hotel, everyone was helpful and friendly, a nice location that felt special. Excellent value for money too. They provided me with a gluten free breakfast and dinner at short notice and with no fuss, which was much appreciated. The pool was really nice and well presented.

This was an overnight stay and it was lovely. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The breakfast was the best one we had had on our journey in Spain and France. A Steak House, MacDonalds, pizza place and a family run Chinese restaurant were within a two minute walk distance. We liked it here.

The only thing that was strange was “ egg scrambled” and left for guest to use a spoon and place the quantity on a plate. There was no instructions left to say that the “scrambled egg” was cold and should be heated !!! It was gooey and tasteless. Pls place clear instructions to future guests. Other items were good quality.

Easy to find and perfect for a one night stop en route through France to Spain. Room exceptionally clean and king size bed very comfortable. Staff really friendly and very helpful. Evening meal very good as was breakfast. Would definitely stop here again.

Very clean and centrally located. Easy walk to the station with luggage. Lots of eating places within a 5 minute walk. Staff were great and responsive to our needs. Would recommend.

    Price, Facilities I expected for the price, Good Customer Service, Good Breakfast. I was cycling from the Pyrenees back to the UK. I needed somewhere I could eat , rest and have my cycle in a safe place. The Kyriad Direct Agen ticked all the boxes. I arrived at 16h30 (waited for them to open), showered, eat the meal I had brought with me and was asleep by 22h. Good hotel provided breakfast in the morning and off to Dieppe via Poitiers.

    The staff were very helpful as we had a lot of issues to iron out. None of the issues which I think were their fault, and i feel that they are somwhat tired/ frustrated as well of having to address them, but they worked very hard to give me a refund so I could take my family to an appropriate hotel.

    The staff was exceptional and very helpful. Having the opportunity to have a secured closed parking for my motorbike was great. The hotel it's well maintained and had a nice restaurant very close. If you are passing by it's a perfect option, even more if you travel by motorcycle.

    I love coming to this hotel on the way south because you can have a dip in the little pool after a hard day's drive. I explored Agen this time as well and that was great. The staff here are so welcoming you feel like you're family!
