A very beautiful hotel in the best location. Easy walk from the train station and right in the centre of the old town with restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. Stylish decor throughout. A generous breakfast offered which was delicious. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended wonderful serene location. The staff was extremely careful and caring regarding every wish. The pool, even if it is a small one is perfect. The restaurant has an extended wine list, good food and service. For a week stay we loved the place. Happily revisit Chateau Candie anytime.

    It's a beautiful hotel set in charming grounds. The restaurant provides an excellent dining experience. The buildings and grounds are simply beautiful with added bonus' of stunning views and constant bird song from the specimen trees. I had a wonderful two night stay and felt no temptation to leave the hotel. Thank you all for a lovely stay

    A functional hotel by a major road... kind of a strange back lot atmosphere, but close enough to a lot of restaurants and shops, walkable but best with a car. The staff were very nice, the room was nice, it had good a/c, and the breakfast was good. Comfy! Hard for folks without transport, though.

    Good value, basic, stop-over hotel (we were travelling from Italy via Mont Blanc Tunnel). Everything worked fine and owners were friendly and welcoming. There is big supermarket (Super-U) close by and a fabulous boulangerie (La Paniere) within walking distance. Breakfast was good.
