Incredible setting lots and lots charming features set to the relaxing sound track of the river alongside. Lovely staff and superb breakfast. Unfortunately on this occasion we didn’t get to try the restaurant but I have every confidence that it would be worth coming back for.

The service was SUPERB ! When I asked them a question about the room I wanted to booked, they immediately responded through email, hence I didn’t hesitate to make a reservation. Our room was in the second floor and the hotel didn’t have elevator. HOWEVER, they helped us carry some of our luggage. They were very kind to my 1 year old, making me feel less anxious. Traveling with a baby can be stressful but they made us feel so welcomed so thank you. Eating at the balcony was a beautiful experience. The food was exceptional and again the service was fantastic. Even though we already checked out, they lent us some umbrellas and when it rained.

An idyllic rural retreat very close to Brantome. The communal areas are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was very generous and delicious. The bed is extremely comfortable. Most memorable about our stay was Anne and her mother Clo. They went so far out of their way to rescue us when our car broke down and did not rest until they had done everything possible to ensure our vehicles recovery and repair. We will be eternally grateful for that support from our guardian angels. We look to returning again soon. Extremely good value for money.

This accommodation was perfect for my one night stop over on a solo cycling tour and my bike was stored safe and secure in the garage. The accommodation was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The accommodation represented excellent value for money with the thoughtful extras provided and the superb continental breakfast that was included in the price. The hosts were very friendly and a table de hote was available which I accepted for an additional fee. If you have the opportunity I would recommend you take it up as the food was of restaurant standard and it is good to chat to other people especially if you are a solo traveller. The showers and toilets are seperate from the bedroom which is reflected in the price. Overall, the best value for money stay I've had in France over the past 10 days. Thank you 😁.

We loved the beautiful setting, the peace and the swimming pool. After a hard day's cycling Belair Camping was a delight. Comfy beds, hot showers, great kitchen facilities.
