Everything! Hosts were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, location was beautiful, food was delicious (especially the smoked salmon pizza) and bed was comfortable! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

All of the staff went above and beyond, consistently good service, helpful and polite. The team helping guests with their skis and equipment were brilliant, it made the whole trip effortless which is exactly what you want and need after a day on the slopes. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Meribel centre and ski lifts to ski in/out of the hotel. Massages at the spa were excellent. The concierge service was amazing, they managed last minute dinner reservations and suggested some great restaurants. We found the shuttle service super helpful and never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be dropped off or collected. The beds were really comfy, luxurious toiletries and thoughtful extras in the room. We were really impressed and loved every minute of our stay, it's a true 5* hotel, we will be back!

Wow. What a gem! Very kind and helpful staff. The room was small, but very comfy. The bed was amazing, and we stayed one extra night because we both slept so well. The balcony and the sound from the flood is nice and calming. Breakfast was nice - good to have some yoghurt and walnuts! Absolutely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was great—it was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. We were delighted with our lovely room that offered a beautiful view. The hotel is conveniently located and is just an 8-minute drive from Courchevel 1850. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a sufficiently diverse menu. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place. We highly recommend it!

The staff were fabulous. Always helpful and going the extra mile. Location is perfect, right in the middle of Mirabel Village and close to access to the slopes. Bar is very cosy and lively.

The hotel manager and his wife are very friendly and do everything to make you feel at home. We had the best time to de-stress. The half board option is great. The breakfast and food is very nice. Wine is included in the half board. Very good value for money! The location up in the valley is very good. We were there for the hiking. Beautiful surroundings. Beautiful hiking trails and views on views on views! On a clear day you see Mont Blanc. The adventure card from the tourist information for a week is very good, the cable cars/lifts , some activities and the swimming pools are included. The lifts are good to take you up the mountains for hiking.

Excellent staff, very pleasant owners, they helped us a lot during our stay with our daughter who had an accident on the ski slope. Beautiful environment. Good access to the lifts, excellent and beautiful location for accommodation.
