We were given rooms with views of the beach, the English Channel, and the flags above the memorial to the North Shore Regiment. The manager was excellent. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is well located for travelers visiting the D-Day sites. As Canadians, we were touched that the hotel and the town participated in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings. We will come here again.

Location on the beach, wonderful friendly owners and their staff who go out of their way to help you. The restaurant is amazing with incredible fish and delicacies! The beds are very comfortable and shower is great. You MUST try the 12 year old Calvados - ask for it!

This was a wonderful experience and terrific value for money. Travelling on a bike tour with my son we booked 2 seperate rooms for the typical price of one in this area. A nice drink in the bar then booked dinner which was a 10+ again at very reasonable price. Staff made bike storage and everything about our stay easy, convenient and joyful. My wife and I are planning a trip to France later this year and I will go out of our way to enjoy another stay at this excellent establishment

    The bedrooms are all a good size for three couples.

    The bedrooms are all a good size for three couples. Living, kitchen and dining space also good. The bathroom was perfect but the toilet room a little cramped. For some it may be a little remote but for us it was perfectly placed. There is a large supermarket close by, with a petrol station and the beach is only a 15 minute walk. The garden is well kept.
