We arrived Christmas day evening Having stayed overnight at french hotels on Christmas day before we weren't expecting much to be open How wrong we were! Restaurant, bar and reception offered an excellent and friendly service Only stayed one night on our way to southern france but we'll definitely be coming back

When our reservation in another hotel was cancelled without a further note Best Western gladly took us spontaneous for a room. Since we were there for a festival we could directly go to our room to get ready, after our travel from Germany. The older lady from the reception was an absolute sweetheart and made sure we were probably taken care of now. Since the hotel was next to a clinic, it was super quiet.

    Our reservation was cancelled from the hotel without any notice so when we arrived there was no free room for us. Reception just told us to find another hotel there's enough around and that's when we left. Best western gladly accepted us in the end.
