The staff at this Auberge were extremely polite, helpful and courteous,nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was exceptional,this can be validated by the amount of visitors it had each day. Very peaceful surroundings, with a camping site next door to the Auberge.One small pointer that room 12 would be difficult for people with mobility problems,because of nuthe four steps leading to the WC and main bedroom, other than that a lovely Auberge to rest and enjoy.

This is an old building that has some nice modern touches, the bed was so big I needed a passport to travel to see the wife. Would defo stay again Private parking was good but a little tight for a larger car, but very secure so happy days

    Guines is near Calais but out in delightful countryside.

    Guines is near Calais but out in delightful countryside. This Logis has far more faclities in summer - swimming pool, gardens, and much much more. We have never stayed there in summer but you can get all the details on their website. We stay there as it is very handy for Eurotunnel whilst out of Calais. There are several restaurants in Guines. We were very pleased to find this Logis!

    Guines was a sad little place that had obviously seen better...

    Guines was a sad little place that had obviously seen better days. The marketplace was being renovated but the only place we saw to get a drink was a run down bar with a poor old lady still working behind it. The highlight of the "town" was the fabulous bakery which seemed to be open all hours and had the most amazing choice of bread and lovely things! It definitely wasn't worth the visit unfortunately

    The hotel setting is lovely with wonderful grounds to walk round, an outdoor pool (with cover) and various activities. The breakfast was one of the best we had on our holiday. A great selection of food, fresh produce, buffet style. We ate dinner at the restaurant onsite and enjoyed our meal.

    Peaceful & tranquil on a farm location. Enjoy the goats, chickens, hens & cows outside your window. 15mins from Le Shuttle but could ba a million miles away. Ideal for an escape from the hustle of city life. Visit the town of Guines 2mins up the road to see the locals living life in France.

    Beautiful property and all rooms clearly modern and clean, you drive through a courtyard with a restaurant to get to the hotel reception. Great if you need a room before or after taking the shuttle
