Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed talking with the hosts and the wine tasting. Plus the suggestions they gave for things to do in the area was much appreciated. Hosts were very considerate of the fact that we could not arrive at our expected time but received us graciously when we finally arrived.

The room was small and basic but it was clean. The shower was hot and had excellent pressure. The room had reverse cycle air con which was very welcome because Mâcon was freezing when we were there. The staff were the highlight of our stay. They helped us so much with organising taxis despite us knowing very limited french. Breakfast was yummy, locally sourced and they even cooked waffles to order. I highly recommend Fasthotel Mâcon.

Le Moulin is a lovely place to stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was charming, the bed really comfortable. As for dinner, it was superb. The menu was imaginative and everything beautifully cooked. Le Moulin is somewhere to which I hope to return..
