We arrived late, so after I called the reception, they checked us in on the phone and gave the code to enter the hotel after reception had already closed. When we arrived the reception was still open and they showed us where to charge our electric car (in the hotel parking lot) and gave our dog a water bowl, because we had lost ours during our journey!
