We are on a road trip from Finland to Spain and bumped into this place by accident. Really amazing place. They have renovated the chateau to a beautiful and tranquil place to stay. The room have so calm and the bed was great. We had the best sleep ever. Breakfast was really high quality. The best stay on our trip by far.

Maison M is truly wonderful. We received a warm welcome and shown to our lovely rooms which exceeded our expectations. Tegan made sure we had everything we needed. The whole place has a very warm and pleasant atmosphere. The bnb is very centrally located which was a huge plus, we were easily able to pop into the village to explore.

The house is absolutely fantastic. Period 19th century house. Renovated but holds its authenticity and charm. Off the beaten track, peaceful and tranquil. Quite the sanctuary. Not far from Bergerac, and close to the Saussignac wine region. It's a perfect base if on a wine tour. Thierry is a most delightful host, kind, helpful, and caring.

    Le Fleix is a small village.

    Le Fleix is a small village. A 5 minute drive from the property brings you to two larger towns, Sainte Foy Le Grande and Porte Sainte Foy et Ponchapt, which are on opposite sides of the beautiful Dordogne River. A 35 minute drive takes you to Bergerac, a lovely and touristic town. And a 1-hour drive will take you to Bordeaux, France's second city!
