The rooms were very comfortable and Nadine is very welcoming - we texted to arrange the eta and she sent me directions (in French but google translate is very good!). The bathroom is small but everything was very clean and easy to use. Breakfast was very good - we filled in a card to say what we wanted and Nadine phoned a small restaurant the evening we arrived to see if it was open. It was about 5 mins drive away, basic but the food was good (Monday's lots of restaurants were closed) and the staff welcoming. Water, tea and coffee was provided in our room, also towels, etc.

Booked for (unfortunately) only one night for our journey home (NL). Upon arrival a true color revolution! We were warmly welcomed and I suspect that we were their first guests so they made a little extra effort ;-) including a refrigerator full of cold water, a bowl of fruit, enough Nespresso cups, cookies for with coffee, and also a gift (a jar of real honey), and oh yes a bunch of flowers! After many experiences richer we are now prepared for all the shortcomings but here for once nothing was missing at all, okay there was no meat for the barbecue but there were coals! What an overcomplete accommodation and what a space, we were really completely surprised, especially for the price we paid. We also slept wonderfully and were able to continue our journey well rested. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood on a private property that is closed off with a fence (so that the horses do not escape). Furthermore, there are security cameras (also in the accommodation). In the weekend you can possibly enjoy the local football club. For groceries there is an Aldi and a bakery nearby. Highly recommended!

What an amazing place and location. So quiet, and also very comfortable and clean. Metz and Nancy are easy to reach from here. Ariane, the hostess, is extremely lovely and kind and all around wonderful (the fresh eggs were delicious, by the way, thanks again!). The house had everything - and more! - we could possibly want. The fridge was already stocked with water and a bottle of Flanders beer. We soo enjoyed the tiny Nutella glasses, son was especially delighted. The layout of the house is perfect: 2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, separated by the kitchen and living room. As the weather was spectacular, we mostly sat outside on the large roofed sundeck. Or in the pool, obviously :D There are 4 super cute bunnies hopping around the property, and tons of toys for kids to play with. Extra special perk: at night it's dark enough to see the stars, even from the bedroom windows. Ever wanted to fall asleep while counting shooting stars? This is the place. We would have loved to stay longer and are hoping to come back soon ♥

The location was very convenient for us, traveling to a Baptism and Birthday party in a nearby village over the weekend. Very spacious house, main reception full of character - it used to be a local cafe and the original decoration is still there. The living room had a sofa bed which was a godsend for my mother as she has difficulty with stairs now. The living room and all bedrooms had TV's (though we didn't use them) and the wifi was more than adequate. The kitchen was very well equipped and opened onto the dining room which meant the kids didn't bring food through the house. Beds were very comfortable and there was a great shower. A small issue with the dish washer was fixed immediately - the hosts were very helpful and friendly.
