This is a great little apartment for an overnight stay if you want to fly out of Paris. It’s 11 km from the airport and a 50 euro taxi fare. This is far cheaper than staying at a hotel at the airport. It’s very clean and smart. I can’t comment on the area as I arrived at night and left early morning.

The rooms are very spaceous, clean, comfortable, and the staff (including the shuttle bus driver) were exceptionally helpful. We also got rooms on the top floor just as we had requested. The location is perfect, with good access to all forms of transport.
