Truly a chateau it is, even though I didn't have the opportunity to spend the night within its walls. Yana's impeccable service stood out. The property's beauty is simply captivating, and the unexpected delight of the fruit trees added an extra layer of charm. The main foyer and breakfast area presented really well and breakfast very enjoyable. A highlight of our stay was an offer to tour the vineyard and cellars and learn more about the family history of Cooperage and barrel making. We had such a delightful and restful stay and we so very much appreciated the care and experience that Elodie created for us on our tour of the hotel grounds and cellars. David et Natalie have renovated this hotel to five star quality. With a lovely pool, hot tub and an excellent massage was at our disposal. With a lovely selection of wine we were only sorry that we did not stay longer to experience David’s cooking skills but Natalie did provide an incredible breakfast before we left.
