the staff were exceptional - the kind of service that is not easy to find in France. Very professional. The hotel itself is very charming and had a lovely decoration. The restaurant was also impressive.

It was a very quiet and relaxing stay, with great facilities. There are many options for activities, with free bike rent, a pool, visiting Chantilly and walks around the property. The breakfast out on the patio was also a great way to start the day.

    Silke was extremely helpful accommodating to get us checked in one day earlier and helping us find the way to the train station which was a 15min slow walk from the hotel. Parking was for free at the hotel, and the train ride (on modern clean trains) took around 45mins to Paris. The evening there was always a staff member there and a very relaxed atmosphere at the bar. Very welcoming staff, willing to accommodate the needs we had.

    Very friendly staff and parking was free. Best of all I drove an electric car and it didn’t cost anything extra to charge the car at the hotel. First hotel I had seen that had a toilet brush; better to have it and not need it.

    The location was perfect. We could park our 2 cars in front of the apartment behind a gate. 5 min drive to Luzarches train station where there is a direct train (Ligne H) to Paris -Gare du Nord - 45 min
