Very warm and welcoming host, very comfortable and tasteful accommodation, delicious evening meal prepared for us (so we didn't need to get back on our bikes to go and find a restaurant!) and excellent breakfast. Made to feel very welcome - nothing was too much trouble. We even had our washing done for us! Very quirky too, which we really liked. Can't fault in any way.

A lovely place to stay, a warm welcome. I totally recommend eating here, for two nights we had a lovely three course meals with wine and the company of walkers on the Cather Trail with whom it was interesting to share stories. We were advised on a superb walk, which will be a day we remember for a long time. Beautiful surroundings. A simple humble. Chambre d’hote, with everything you needed for a restful place to stay. The walk from Puivert along the ridge to the labyrinth was stunning.

Everything was perfect, great breakfast, dinner (booked separately) was made with care and attention. We also enjoyed jacuzzi (reservation to be made separately) and swimingpool. Also location was very good to head for hikes and visit chateaux of Cathare. It was a perfect escape to enjoy calm, relaxing weekend. Thank you very much!
