The town offers very little but it is on the TGV and SNCF...
The town offers very little but it is on the TGV and SNCF mainline. The local roads are fast and very easy to access. A very good hotel to use for a touring base. There is a huge amount to visit within an hour's drive. Le Creusot is famous as a one-time industrial centre so it provides a growing number of museums and is clearly in a period of transition. We used this hotel in transit to the French Riviera.
We used this hotel in transit to the French Riviera. It is a new property and all the facilities worked perfectly. It is a a bit off the main highway but the extra 15/20 min drive to the hotel was worth it - as it was a total value for money. there is one restaurant within walking distance but we found a wonderful restaurant 'Auberge Le Passe Temps' a short drive away which we enjoyed.Guest review byLavyBelgium

Our dog was also quite happy there. We had free parking right at the hotel, and the stuff was very nice to us. The room was spacy, nicely decorated and everything felt like new.
