    Puteaux is beautiful, clean, safe and quiet. It is a lovely place to sit with coffee and watch the world go by if you want a break from the crowds of Paris city centre. Check out the beautiful gardens at Maison du Droit Et De La Famille. For Pizza and pasta you cant beat 'I gusti d'Italia on Rue de Verdun.

    We were based in Puteaux during our vacation in Paris.

    We were based in Puteaux during our vacation in Paris. It is a very convenient place to book accommodation and visit Paris daily, as it is possible to get to the main tourist attractions within 40 minutes (train, bus, tram). The city is peaceful and safe, I highly recommend staying there.

    Close to amenities (big shopping centre, two train stations). Lots of green garden spaces to walk through. Nice friendly neighbourhood. Parking was available but it was complicated sorting out payment for a non-french vehicle.

    Puteaux is charming and easy for visitors but transport is a major problem. For visitors La Defense is a problem, a big problem. It is not negotiable for visitors as it is too big. One cannot find the Metro, taxi's, whatever. Arriving there with a lot of luggage is a nightmare and I will never do it again.

    From the Social Hub Hotel in one direction is an attractive residential area with sufficient bars and restaurants. In the other direction and to get to the Metro you have to walk through an area of high rise office buildings. There is a substantial amount of building work going on here and it has been going on for over a year. There is a walkway through to the Metro Esplanade de La Défense but coming the other way when exiting the Metro the walkway is difficult to find. Overall the Metro station Esplanade de La Défense on Line 1 takes you in easily to the Champs Elysees and the Louvre. So Puteaux is a quient residential area but one with bars and restaurants but slightly let down by building work in its business centre

    Close to the shopping centre and access available but all around it's a building site so much is going one. No great access to facilities around the hotel unless you go to La Defense. Transport is non existent a couple of small buses. Maybe in the future things might different after building work is over.

    Hotel is quite and the staff very friendly. The bed was super comfortable, room on the smallish size but OK for just outside Paris. We came from Orly airport by Uber it was €49, about 40min. Main station near hotel is La Defense, 20min walk to hotel. I left my top behind me they were very helpful in finding it etc.. Just FYI anyone flying via Orly it was bonkers busy and took an hour to get up to security, leave loads of time before your flight they were making no exceptions unless you had fast track !!

    Hospitality of the staff at The Social Hub La Défense made our amazing trip to Paris even better. Rooms are nice and comfy, and they get cleaned every two days. Breakfast is really tasty, reception is open 0-24, and friendly staff working there are always ready to help you with whatever request you present them with! Good location also, close to bus stations and M1 metro line. We will definitely come back to Paris one day, and The Social Hub will be our first choice for accommodation!

    Location is good - about 10 minutes walk to the metro station(M1 line.) for visiting major sites in the Paris center. We had two connected rooms that were nice, bright, clean and spacious. We loved that A/C was quiet, unlike those terribly noisy ones common even in 4 start hotels in USA. Staff were also courteous and helpful. We were able to leave the car in the garage of the hotel before checkin. Kitchenette was small but sufficient for simple meal prep too.

    Fabulous apartment - spacious, clean, modern, well equipped with the most amazing terraces and balconies with a view over Paris towards the Eiffel Tower. 5 mins walk to Westfield shopping centre where there is a large Auchan supermarket as well as restaurants and shops. 10 mins walk in one direction to Puteaux overground station, 10 mins walk in the other direction to the metro station La Defense.
