    Very historical site . Town Centre: Quaint streets, traditional French cafés, bakeries, and small boutiques give the town a cozy, authentic vibe. The Saturday market is vibrant and a perfect spot for local produce and regional specialties. Bergerie Nationale: Originally established by Napoleon, this national sheepfold is now a working educational farm.     It is great location to stay with the car, so you can choose...

    It is great location to stay with the car, so you can choose directions to different areas by car. (We travelled to north-east places, Giverny, Abbey, and to the south Chambord, Blois) There is also train station, but we didn't used it, but it should be nice point if you want to go to Paris. Rambouillet center is not so interesting as it looks French restaurants, which are not "fast foods" working very small period of times, afternoon, and then in evening.

    I had booked a garden room with kitchenette - this was NOT as described. I was given a normal hotel room. No kettle or microwave etc. Additionally they claim that you can use the pump to pump up bike tyres - when I tried to use this I was told they only rent bikes. Generally disappointed with this booking but I was too tired to complain.

    Exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. The room was beautifully set out and very pleasant to stay in. The host was extremely obliging and flexible. Location is perfect for central Rambouillet and the park.
