There was mold on the bedroom ceiling.
There was mold on the bedroom ceiling. I have mold allergies. I slept on the couch. Initially they said they would look into it when we left. It was the 2nd out of 5 days. They did have it cleaned up. There was mold on the inside frame of the entrance door. The toilet paper is on a garbage can. There is no soap dish on the bathroom vanity. Poor lighting in the main room. Advertised outdoor furniture was not available. Washing machine was broken. No tumble dryer as advertised. This was a reason we chose this accomodation. The museum in the Champes Libres and art gallery, Beaux-Arts were brilliant. Check out the market on Saturdays and buy some delicious French produce. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, not just French, and will fit any budget, as ever a few words of French will go a long way here. Rennes is old market town with many old builfdings some seem to be defying gravity other leaning heavily on their neghbours for support. The old town is quite extensive and is great for ambling around , on the edge of the old town is the river and a canal. The Thabor park is a gem well kept with a great variety .
