The apartment has almost 360 degrees unobstructed view and a double exposure since it has 2 balconies. This allows you to have sun during the best hours of the day! The place is sparkling clean, that leaves you with the feel of brightness and lightness. Absolutely great location and transportation accessibility. You can walk to Menton, you can hike along the litoral, hike or take a bus and then descend the medieval villages around. We even hiked to Monaco. Stunning views, clean, quiet, beautiful beaches, lovely old castle village with amazing restaurants. Lots of vertical walks/hikes. Many public transportation options, train & bus to Monaco, Nice, Menton. Loved the area very much. Italian restaurant on the beach near the train station is very good! Great place walking distance to menton, train station 8 minute walk, where you can get all down the coast very easily. Excellent restaurants and cafes. If you like walking there is a coastal walk to monaco takes about 2 hours. Worth doing stunning views.Guest review byFerdinandoFrance - 10.0
I love this area of the South of France.
I love this area of the South of France. You can walk right around the cape to Monaco, with plenty of places to stop and sunbathe or just take in the view. You are very close to Menton which has everything that anyone could need. There are plenty of restaurants and bars. If you don't mind walking, plenty of places are easy to reach and if you don't fancy driving the whole of the coast line can be accessed by train.Guest review byKarenUnited Kingdom

The station is literally 3min walk from the apartment). Very well positioned , clean, next to the beach, shops, train station, an array of restaurants and shops, plus the bonus private secure parking. You got the opportunity to cook if you want(had a hob and oven), has a fridge, plates, cutlery, also a washing machine, dish washer, little balcony, and the most important air conditioning for the hot days.
