    My stay was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. There was no AC in the room, and the actual space looked nothing like the pictures online. Reception didn’t answer the phone after a certain time, which made things even more frustrating. To make matters worse, there’s a club right next to the hotel—so when I opened the windows for fresh air (since there was no AC), all I could hear was loud music. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again.

    The room was very very cold and despite adjusting the thermostat and using the fan I couldn't get it to heat up signifiently. Too late at night to complain but very disappointing. The shuttle is not as frequent in the mornings and takes for ever to get to the airport. The dinner menu is very limited and wanting vegetables with my meal meant I ended up with no rice but paid an extra 2 euros.. Don't mid paying extra for vegetables but takin the rice off the plate.....

    I reached directly from Orly Airport at the night and stayed there for three days , room and cleaning of all the areas were really good and satisfied ,it was really comfortable environment and place is very good and it lies in proper location from where I can get bus , metro , taxi , easily which made my day very enjoyable

    Rude, unhelpful receptionists, mixup with the reservations...

    Rude, unhelpful receptionists, mixup with the reservations which might be booking.com fault but the staff was not helpful in solving the issue of unexplained double reservation satisfactorily. Very bad access to Orly airport.

    The receptionist was disrespectful and rude even though I was injured. He hardly noticed me even though I was the only client at the desk. I had to beg to be checked in and he didn't help me with my bag even though I couldn't put my right foot down and was on crutches. I've never seen anything like that. Do not go to this hotel if you are handicaped you will get no assistance at all. Psychological it was worse than physically for me as I was alone and I had to do a long journey the next morning at 5 I got no confort. I felt more lonely than ever. I cried in my room. The location is very confusing if you are taking the bus or walking. The hotel is sort of hidden behind a bridge and other hotel. The next day when I ordered a Uber it didn't find me. And the area seems a bit dangerous. I don't recommend it for a woman traveling alone. The hotel says it's a 24hour desk but there is no one after 9 and very early in the morning so if you needed help don't count on it. Although it seems that the person that was there when I arrived was actually worse than if I had to deal with a machine alone... It is definitely not worth the price. You would get better care in a crowded supermarket than in this place as a client.

    The room was quite and cacheable to shuttle service of Paris transport. Heating system was good. Weight machine was available on payment. Receptionist arranged taxi for Orly Airport who charged 25 euro. breakfast usually starting at 5am which is good opportunity for early morning travellers. Hotel was neat and clean. Lift was working.

    Very nice large room, comfortable bed. Although very noisy outside, it was nice and quiet when the windows were closed. Free wi-fi which also worked perfectly. Free water bottles in the room daily. Great location as the tram station (to Paris and orly airport) is only a 5 minutes walk. Reliable airport shuttle. Very friendly staff.
