An exceptional apartment with fantastic amenities hosted by two of the nicest people you would ever hope to meet. Lara and Didier met us at the door carried in our luggage and made sure we were comfortable. The most outstanding features for us were the amazingly comfortable King size bed and the most scrumptious breakfast in the morning. I would go out of my way to stay there again.

The stay was absolutely GREAT! The hotel offered very friendly service, spacious and spotless rooms, and secure parking in the closed area of the hotel. The breakfast was sensational – varied, fresh products (muesli, fresh bread, bream, cheese, ham, fresh fruits) were constantly replenished, beautifully served, and everything was kept perfectly clean. The atmosphere was warm and homely, which made us feel truly comfortable. Everything exceeded expectations, and we will definitely come back!

I am disabled, i have autism so i booked the wrong room thinking that i had booked a room with handicap ♿ facilities . I explained the situation to the attendant (receptionist) and she(Ludiwine) kindly provided for a better solution. She came along with me to the other side and I could have an appropriate room. When I stumbled on the way she quickly reacted and helped with my walker. And the receptionist(a man) there was also polite and helpful, he even helped me with the carrier of my meal, he helped with my suitcase as well! I can not thank them enough! May God bless you all. It’s a gem and I would book it again without any second thought if I go to Elbeuf again. Very well accommodated, furnished and nice and very kind touches from the hosts. The location is great and very central. And the hosts were extremely accommodating when I asked if we could access the property slightly earlier to make it on time to the wedding we were going to. Thank you!

ever see 'one flew over the cuckoos nest'?

ever see 'one flew over the cuckoos nest'? it was filmed here. Lift was padded to stop residents falling. No facilities. everything closed including premises at 2000. restaurant was canteen for old age residents. THIS IS NOT a hotel. I arrived at 1958 luckily as i would not have got in, tried to get a refund to go find a real hotel but was refused. Cant believe this old aged persons home advertised itself as a hotel

Thé owner of the hotel Mr Jamel and her wife, very accommodating and responsive to the needs of their clients.Thank you for giving us a big room upstairs , nice beds ,very comfortable , so kind of you to offer us a breakfast .The bathroom is quite big with everything in it , shampoos and soap ,towels and electric fan in the room .The parking is good and safe . We spent a good time in this hotel. Hoping we can come back again.

The appartment is nice, modern and equiped with all you needed for a short stay. The room service is like in a hotel, towels included. The swimmingpool is nice, in the afternoon there is barely someone. Staff is friendly and helpful. The silence hours between 8PM and 8AM are respected.
