Beautiful room and terrace opening on to vineyard, with view across to Saint Cirq la Popie. Perfect 4 day stay spent relaxing by the pool, in the vineyard, or day tripping. Pros: breath taking beauty, calming nature, lots of great hikes and food. When we were at hotel or just walking around the nature I felt so at peace Cons: as Americans we were made to feel extremely unwelcome in many establishments. I speak a little bit of French, but have a hard time understanding fast speech. We were mocked multiple times when people thought we couldn’t understand them. When we asked for help in various situations we were greeted with hostility or laughed at and ignored. So maybe skip this area if you don’t feel comfortable in your French speaking abilities.Guest review byMollyThailand

The spa is also so good, it’s very clean and spacious for everyone in the hotel, and the massage was one of the best I have ever had. Astrid has magical hands, she’s an expert at what she does, she is very respectful and is at the disposal of the client. All in all a wonderful experience ! There are places to eat nearby and a small supermarket and petrol station. The pool was a lovely to relax after a busy day and had great views. The staff were helpful and tried their best to understand my bad french! They supplied a really good picnic for us for our day out. It has a beautiful view of the village of St-Cirq clinging to the cliffs above the river. The room was air conditioned, proving a cool and quiet night’s sleep. The breakfast was served on a shaded terrace with views. The breakfast buffet included quality local ingredients.
